Nothing beats an awesome meal grilled outdoors while camping, but there are tons of great reasons to fire up your meal inside the RV!  This includes quick meals in the microwave, making or baking side items, special desserts or maybe you’re experiencing some undesirable weather outside.  Regardless, you can rest assured that the Leamon Party Bus has you covered!  Our rig comes stocked with everything you need including:

  • Pots, pans, baking sheets
  • Knives, spatulas, tongs, etc.
  • Plates, bowls, cups, utensils, foil
  • Spices, cooking spray, olive oil, etc.
  • Toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, ice maker

Using the appliances

Microwave

You can utilize the microwave as long as you’re plugged-in to the 30-amp electric tower at a campsite with full or partial hookups.  Otherwise, you’ll need to run the generator.  If you’re cooking in the microwave, please do not run other major appliances such as the A/C or coffee maker as you may blow a circuit breaker or fuse.

Stove

Running the stove is a snap!  Simply turn the middle burner onto the “light” position and turn the “ignition” knob clockwise until it fires up.  Since the stove runs on propane, you do not need to be plugged-in or running the generator.

Oven

The oven is a bit more tricky but it definitely comes in handy when you get it going!  The first step is to run the stove for a minute to get propane flowing through the system (this too does not need electric power).  Then open the stove, turn the stove knob to “pilot on” position and use a clicker toward the back as shown in the video below.
